The venue's position was central.

The continental breakfast was generous with continental options, toast plus cheese. The hotel was in a central setting right down to booking a cab. What's more, it was close enough to Beach and high Street.

good hot english breakfast provided with cheese, fruit. central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel tv in the room and the spacious bed. good and fab location for broadstairs, not far from many restaurants around the world, the centre and taxi's.

The classic queen room is high standard and lovely modern. The staff are caring, managed the parking on-site. The location is perfect and lovely, near all communal areas, the loop bus to Margate, and sea front, you cannot beat it.

My recent stay at this charming hotel was truly a delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and offered superb customer service. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the thriving town and the lovely beach. One of the best things about this hotel was the restaurant, associated with a catering college, which provided delicious meals. The room was spacious and the modern bathroom was a highlight with fantastic shower facilities. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive choice of food, cooked to perfection. Although the only downside was the slightly expensive bar, it didn't hamper the overall experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend this gem to all.

Got deluxe double room with superb bathtub when arrived, loved that. The location just a short walk from the beach was stunning. We also went to city centre, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.
There was no restaurant.
